If you want to store large size files in your Pendrive means choose large Allocation Unit Size.
But you want to store Both small and large size files means choose Default Allocation Unit Size for Better Performance.
Recommended Unit Size to Store Files,
Small Files : 512 bytes
Large Files : 64 KB
Both Files : Default or 4096 Bytes

Tip 3 : Check for Errors

1. Insert your Pendrive.
2. Right click your Pendrive icon and select ‘Properties’.
3. Go to ‘Tools’ tab , In that under Error Checking select ‘Check’.
